Independent Sales Representative – Root A1A Kava Ice Cream

Compensation: Commission-based + Bonuses

Are you outgoing, entrepreneurial, and passionate about helping small businesses grow? Root A1A is looking for motivated Independent Sales Representatives—also known as Brand Ambassadors—to join our grassroots team and bring the smooth, tropical vibes of our Kava Ice Cream to retailers and local hotspots across the region.
As a Root A1A Ambassador, you’ll introduce our unique, high-quality product to business owners, generate leads, and help build lasting partnerships that bring our stress-free scoops to more people.
What You’ll Do:
- Represent the Root A1A brand in your community and region
- Generate leads through in-person visits, networking, and tastings
- Promote product awareness with co-branded marketing materials and events
- Work with Root A1A leadership to onboard new retail accounts
- Maintain relationships with customers and support reorders
- Represent our values with professionalism, positivity, and good energy
What You’ll Earn:
- $25-$100 per new account based on your level of involvement to obtain the account
- $50 Bonus for Large Initial Orders (6+ cases)
- 5% Residual Commission on gross monthly reorders from your account that you maintain
- Payments made monthly for account activity completed in the preceding month
We Provide:
- Company-branded email account
- Portable freezer and freezer jacket (for tranasporting samples)
- Apparel: Hats, t-shirts, and more
- Marketing materials: Coasters, stickers, brochures, business cards
- Full product and brand training
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A self-starter with reliable organization and follow-up habits
- Sales or food/beverage experience is a plus—but not required
- A professional, positive attitude with ethical conduct at the core
- Reliable transportation and availability to host occasional demos/tastings at propect locations
