Delivery and Returns Policy

All sales are final. Food products, bought online, are exempt from refunds. Except for the following conditions:

Damaged or failed delivery of some kind. If the product is damaged on delivery, provide photographic evidence of damage and we will coordinate pickup of the the damaged product and replacement of the product at no additional charge. If delivery has failed in some way, contact support@roota1a.com to resolve.

If the product is contaminated or spoiled on arrival. Contact support@roota1a.com within 24 hours of delivery to coordinate facilitating a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
